Pre Order: Brazil Viviana Aparecida Light Roast

This coffee was a huge surprise! A ton of berries, dried plum, and some wine-like flavor. The dry aroma is sweet with notes of blueberries and strawberries. The wet aroma has a continuation of mixed berries and some dried plums! The taste shows some acidity but mostly a sweet berry-like taste that we enjoy in our pour-overs in the morning when we don't want espresso. This coffee would be best served brewed with an Aeropress but would also be enjoyable for those who are looking for something easy to put in their run-of-the-mill coffee maker!
