Pre Order: Ethiopia Kedir & Esmael Hassan Medium Roast

So much happening in this cup! A lot of fruit specifically strawberries and blueberries with a ton sweet sweet chocolate. This natural processed coffee just shines. We roasted this a shy short of full city to keep its complexity but help settle its acidity. This coffee is syrupy and delicious! We have been enjoying this with our standard brewer at the market but have been sneaking a few cups on the Aeropress between meetings. A great coffee for anyone!
